A lawyer specializing in banking, financial markets, risk management, and the digital assets sector (FinTech, crypto-assets). In practice, he systematically bridges legal expertise with regulatory and business perspectives; he also maintains a long-standing interest in corporate and insolvency law.
He holds a pivotal role within the LongRiver investment group, assuming full responsibility for strategy, asset management, and fundraising. He steers the group's long-term direction, emphasizing sustainable growth, digital asset regulation, and tracking key trends in financial markets, drawing upon experience gained across both the private and public sectors.
For over 10 years, he has focused on regulatory risk management and compliance in both traditional and digital finance. His focus lies in the practical implementation of regulatory requirements, establishing processes and governance, and effectively managing legal risks associated with the use of digital assets.
As Chairman of the Czech Cryptocurrency Association, he advocates for the development of the most accommodating environment for blockchain technologies in the Czech Republic and assists domestic and foreign projects in preparing for incoming regulations. He actively participates in expert discussions and market cultivation.
Previously, he served as a lawyer and compliance officer in Czech and international FinTech companies and within the banking sector. He also holds experience in public administration, including the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. He is a founder and member of the GPP & Co consulting group and a co-founder of StableLabs, a technological platform for the tokenization of assets and fiat currencies into stablecoins.
