Jan Svoboda

Jan Svoboda is a co-founder of the LongRiver group and an experienced venture capital investor with over fifteen years of practice. He primarily focuses on strategic management and acquisitions within the modern technology sector. He is also the founder of the real estate development company Vertex Group and a co-founder of the technology-focused Prime Fund.
Previously, he served on the Supervisory Board of AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., the largest manager of Qualified Investor Funds in the Czech Republic.
He also possesses valuable expertise in marketing and communications. Prior to entering the investment industry, he held the position of Marketing Director at TV Prima and later served as Commercial and Marketing Director at Czech Television.
