Lukáš Hartl

Lukáš Hartl is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in financial services. He specializes in early-stage company management, forming high-performance sales teams, operational management, change management, and strategic planning; he also possesses extensive experience serving on corporate governing boards.

He has a long-standing focus on the stabilization and development of business and operational divisions with measurable results. At NEY spořitelní družstvo (credit union), serving as Director of Business Development and Chairman of the Credit Committee, and subsequently as Chairman of the Board, he spearheaded structural and commercial transformations, guiding the company from a loss in 2020 to sustainable profitability in 2022.

At SAB Finance, he managed back-office operations (Customer Services, IT, Compliance, HR, Marketing, Finance), leading a 25-member team. As COO and a Member of the Board, he achieved approximately 10% year-on-year profit growth and a 19% reduction in monthly costs. Concurrently, he successfully resolved hundreds of regulatory comments during the preparation for a banking license.

At mBank, in his role as Vice Director of Risk & Collections, he was responsible for risk management and collections for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, successfully stabilizing Slovak operations following fraud detection, which included strengthening internal processes.

He acquired and honed his extensive expertise in companies such as CREDIX a.s., Beneficial Finance a.s. (HSBC Group), and Komerční banka. In the past, he also operated as a freelance financial consultant focusing on portfolio acquisitions and the implementation of collection processes.
